Tim Shanahan from Jack's office handled my auto case. The concussion and other injuries exhausted me, so I was very happy to have someone else dealing with the insurance companies on my behalf. Tim and Betty did a wonderful job keeping me updated and moving the case along as fast as possible. I received a satisfactory conclusion to my case, and I appreciate their work on my behalf. Jack and his staff (seen and unseen) has be there for us the whole time during a very rough time. We got to focus on healing while they took care of the rest. Jack and his team guided us to our best possible outcome. No-one is ever prepared for events like this but they sure know what they are doing and care about you. When Jack or his teem calls to give updates you could just tell it was all about us and making sure we had every bit if info we needed and he had our backs. Hope I never need his services again, but if so, We will be calling them.😀
