I had never had to deal with filing a lawsuit against an individual or a company but when I got badly injured in my apartment friends and family told me I needed a lawyer but who to go to? I called my state attorney service and was referred to Jack Bernstein and I"m glad I was. I called them and told them what happened and they immediately took my case and sent out an investigator they moved quickly and efficiently. My case manager Bobby Dubecky kept me updated and was always there if I had a question or even just to assuage concerns regarding my case. My suit took a year to settle which is actually an amazing time frame. Throughout that year the attorney's and Bobby kept me duly informed and guided me through a process that I didn't have the first clue how to navigate. I am happy with the outcome of my case and the service I received during the case. I would definitely recommend Jack Bernstein. They fought for me and made sure the people who hurt me were held accountable. My health and pain will never be gone but thanks to Jack Bernstein I have the means to move forward.
