Signed an agreement with this office in May 2020 after getting into a no fault accident. Was told prior to signing agreement case would be litigated if settlements were unsatisfactory. Settlement offer did not even cover medical expenses due to what is described as a soft tissue injury and Jack B. wanted to settle right away. In my opinion Jack B. was never willing to try my claim bc in 30+ years he knows whether a claim has merit for trial, or not, but would not tell me that up front knowing the type of injuries I suffered etc. I fired him ASAP! My opinion of Bernstein Law(Jack Bernstein) is that this office is unethical and deceptive, BEWARE!!!

I sincerely appreciate this law firm for helping my mother get the help she deserved. First we worked with Rubestien Law it was a horrible experience! This team of professionals really did their job fast and effectively to make sure my mom got compensation for her fall. The case was based on an elevated pavement that caught my mothers shoe and she fell face first injuring her head and neck. They took the case immediately and went to work.
