My name is Torie Allen and my case manager Tyler Harris was super professional as well as always answering my calls or following up with me in a timely manner he was very explanatory and all of the steps of my case. The lady at the front desk was always super nice when I called and knew my name everytime I called. When they say Jack has got ur back he really does. What a wonderful group to help me with my accident involving my 6 month old son at the time
