Was facing 8 charges including 4 felonies, charges got dropped reduced and with held and Barry kept me outta jail. Would recommend him to anyone where it seems like there is no hope

I want to commend Mrs. Brenda for her professionalism; she was extremely polite and adept at handling situations and misunderstandings that I encountered .She was immensely helpful in addressing my questions, and I hope her outstanding work is duly recognized.

The summation is I would hire Ash. Period. My experience was first and hopefully last in the world of Florida insurance lawsuits. This is not my expertise by any means but Ash was incredibly helpful with my questions and fear of why this was continuing to move forward for 3 years when should have been settled on first suit by insurance. For some idealic rationale my case was one of opportunity and example for typical insurance companies and lawsuits but did not want to pay based on prosecution. Even saying this makes me tremble but also glad it’s over. Ash walked me through each stage and always returned my calls. I’m sure in the number one state in the country for lawsuits Ash sees this quite often but I never felt like just another number. I’m sooo glad it’s over and had Ash by my side.

UPDATE 8/9/24: Attorney was supposed to help but didn't. EDIT/UPDATE on 5/31/24: After speaking with the attorney directly he was able to address many of the concerns and offered to take actions to make the situation right so as to achieve a desirable outcome. Assuming everything is delivered as promised, will update to 5 star review and remove original post content but until then we will stick with a 4 star review and trust that the attorney keeps his word. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL POST: I had a very poor experience with this law firm. The attorney assured me it was an open & shut case and we would have no problem getting it thrown out. I provided them with all the resources & documentation (including videos) to verify my innocence, but the attorney had me accept a plea deal that he never he warned me would require that I pay several hundred more dollars in fines even after I paid his firm $3,000. Not to mention the communication with the rest of the staff, including the attorney, was incredibly spotty at best. Several times I would schedule appointments just to find the attorney is not available and I would always be promised I would get a call back which rarely happened. And then leading up to my last court date this situation happened 4 times in a row and I am pretty sure this is why the attorney intentionally hid things from me and/or lied so that I would just accept the plea offer and he wouldn't have to bother to actually have done anything with the case. So he makes out with the 3k, I am still on the hooks for all the fines and I figured the only thing I could do really was share this experience so that hopefully you dont get taken advantage of as well.

After a very scary night and an incident that left me facing serious felony charges and 15 years + jail time. Barry was able to diligently work with multiple ADA’s and a psych doctor over nearly 3 years to get my side heard and a fair plea agreement of only probation. I would HIGHLY recommend Barry & his team. They dealt with all my stresses and anxieties and were great to me overall. Cannot say enough positive about them

I personally utilized Mr. Taracks services and he is not only the best attorney I’ve ever seen/used but he’s honestly just a great person. He was in my life at one of my lowest points and he never made me feel any less than the human being I was. I still speak about Mr. Taracks to this very day.
