I would not recommend this place as it stands👎 . They made a fake fraudulent account under my name with Affirm when I called them on a phone consultation. I called affirm and come to find out they had a fraudulent email that was made up by this organization charging me a $5000 💴 retainer payed to them. Which I never singed a contract and the email that they created was not my true email they utilized my info to charge an account. Sent a message noted in the photo about my cancellation they still charged me after I denied services. Yet to hear back from Hasan. It’s been a real struggle to speak with someone. They don’t return phone calls like they say they are . They asked me for another 5000 to work a case I denied . I have requested that they return the money back to Affirm on the fraudulent transaction made and have yet to hear back . They have done more harm to my family than good . As you can see in the photos I have proof of fraudulent activity. I ask that your law office do the right thing and return the funds to affirm immediately and I will remove this post. This is very bad service and unacceptable for the hard working families . 😡 Be aware consulting with this law firm they will scam all of you and still from you . I usually post positive post . .first bad review.

If you don't want to be SCAMMED and end up STRESSED OUT and SICK, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!! Months ago, we reached out to Michael and his team. They sold us dreams, and we trusted them. AFTER ALL, HE'S A LICENSED LAWYER; HE COULDN'T POSSIBLY BE A FRAUDSTER, RIGHT? But, unfortunately, he is! Initially, everything went smoothly; we paid the invoices on time. However, the invoices never stopped coming. They charged us for meaningless things, creating extra costs for us. Still, we always paid. But then, we started to notice some irregularities and became uneasy. We had video call meetings with them, during which we received a verbal promise: "We will not send any more invoices until we win your case; once we win, we'll take a percentage of the winnings." We agreed because it was the most logical scenario. If they did their job properly, winning the case was 100% guaranteed, as all the evidence was in our favor. But instead of doing their job, they chose laziness and fraud! This process has been incredibly frustrating and demoralizing! Look at the screenshots below; after our last verbal agreement, they sent us another hefty invoice. We told them in our WhatsApp group, "I think there's a mistake here," and you can see the response from their assistant (I believe his name was Rahul). So, despite having this written proof from their own mouths, THEY ARE STILL SENDING INVOICES AND THREATENING TO SEND US TO COLLECTIONS IF WE DON'T PAY!!! This is unbelievable; as a law graduate myself, I have never seen anything like this in my life. Please, please stay away from this law firm. We made a mistake; don't fall into the same trap. I'm sure most of the five-star reviews here are fake. I won't even mention how they withdrew from our case a day before the most crucial hearing without providing any official reason or documentation because we didn't pay their nonsensical and unrealistic invoices. Shame on you, Michael Hurckes!

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM AND DO NOT WORK FOR THIS FIRM AS AN EMPLOYEE THEY DONT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES! worked for him for 2 weeks and attended a 6 hour hearing including 4 hours of travel there and back and the day after was let go with no warning for letting him know i was uncomfortable attending a hearing with one hour notice and no preparation or training for it. He never paid me and threatened that if i did not change my review here on google that i would never get paid. Changed my review for hopes of a fixing the situation and still nothing from the company. This is a total rip off hes a shady attorney and just takes clients money and tosses them aside until the day before a hearing when he passes it off to an appearance attorney and never works on the case himself. i cant tell you how many clients i saw complain that they could never get ahold of him or anyone at the company and that was only within 2 weeks of me working there. Its incredible this guy still has his bar license.
