Attorney Borton is a very knowledgeable ! I have contract Attorney Borton for personal and professional transactions. She has proved to be a professional and her work ethic, attention to details when getting phone calls from the clinics, insurance agents .. She don't let ANYTHING get missing. Her staff, and the vibe in her office is Supreme!

I’m very pleased and impressed with Attorney Coy and her staff. They were sensitive, compassionate, patient and worked with a sense of urgency to help me through this difficult process concerning my son. I’m not from Florida, so when looking for an Attorney many names were brought to my attention. When deciding on Jean-Pierre Coy practice, the statement made to me “You can sleep good now because you are in excellent hands”. They were right. I hired borton to represent me in my divorce she told me for a certain amount she could divorce me and show up to my hearing. She did say that she would have to set up my court hearing again as some paper work was filled incorrectly. I went on a trip trusting things would be taken care of. When i returned from my trip to meet with Borton she informed me it would cost double the amount we had discussed and that she had really done nothing but show to a court date in which the case was dismissed due to paperwork. I feel she misrepresented what she was capable of doing for me and lied to me about how much my legal cost would be. she has returned half of my money and now am out the other half and have to start the search all over again. I would never recommend her services to anyone.

I am very impressed with the way attorney Michelle Borton handled my case. She went beyond her immediate responsibilities to help. She was always thoroughly prepared herself and kept me informed throughout the case. Her confidence, professionalism and what felt as a genuine interest in helping me, made me feel secure and confident at all times. I wish all attorneys had the same work ethic and interest in helping their clients since it makes legal processes a lot more manageable for us the clients.

This attorney did not represent me to the best of her abilities. The outcome of my case was worse than if I had represented myself. She showed up late to all court hearings and management conferences. She did not gather the evidence necessary to proof my case. Furthermore, the judge assigned to my case could not understand her, and she made the judge and opposing counsel frustrated. Attorney Borton does not speak good English. We are entitled to competent assistance of counsel, and unfortunately Attorney Borton does not have the skill set to provide competent legal representation.
