Lack of competence and communication skills
“Attorney Borton does not speak good English. We are entitled to competent assistance of counsel, and unfortunately Attorney Borton does not have the skill set to provide competent legal representation.”

Misrepresentation of services and costs
“She told me for a certain amount she could divorce me and show up to my hearing. She did say that she would have to set up my court hearing again as some paper work was filled incorrectly. When i returned from my trip to meet with Borton she informed me it would cost double the amount we had discussed and that she had really done nothing but show to a court date in which the case was dismissed due to paperwork.”
