It was great having Nicole Smith at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys as my lawyer. Getting rear-ended really shook me up, but I'm glad that I was represented by someone so polite and composed. Dan Newlin and his associates came highly recommended to me after I was involved in a motorcycle accident in September 2022. We had this firm represent us, and Attorney Christopher Long failed as an attorney, he took the case, then sends us letters stating he had exhausted all his efforts in dealing with the insurance company, yet when contacted the other insurance company and spoke with the adjuster, they had no idea about surgery or the costs of surgery. So we ended up taking a huge loss with the insurance company. But thanks to this firm we lost big time. And still to this day nobody from this firm has contacted us about this issue.
