Was involved in a faulty accusation with a bitter ex & scared to death. Tanya made me feel safe & less alone through the entire process. I had never been in "trouble" before, & couldn't have felt like I was in safer hands. Will recommend to anyone in need of representation. So lucky to have met her.

I was referred to Tanya from a friend who had her way back when she was a Public Defender. I thought, if she did a good job as a Public Defender, she must love her work. The State wanted to give me 7 years in prison. She filed a motion and challenged the probable cause the officer had to stop me and won the motion! Case DISMISSED! She always answered my questions with her opinion and the law. She did everything she said she would do and more! I was amazed at how she argued and fought for me! I will never use any other attorney but her!

Early in the process, Tanya said that the case would be dismissed. At a pretrial hearing I was a bit rattled by the claims from the prosecution, but held true to my innocence. Tanya provided not one but a handful of similar cases and the prosecutor decided not to pursue. Thank you Tanya.

I had both my PD and another private attorney tell me I was going to go to prison. The other private attorney refused to take my case because "there was nothing she could do." I hired Tanya and she aggressively defended me. She listened to what I had to say and familiarized herself with my personal situation. In court she was prepared. She even told me about her back-up plans before we went in. At the hearing, the judge called her and the prosecutor into chambers and when they came out, the judge granted a downward departure. Also Tanya was friendly and reassuring to me during a difficult time. She knew her work meant the difference between freedom and prison for me. I have had Tanya Dugree as my lawyer for the past 2 1/2 years. She has worked on an appeal for me. I wish that I would have known about her at the beginning of my case. Since she has had my case, she has fought and has also found things in my case that were wrong that I did not know about.
