I appreciate all that Vinson Law has done for us. They are like a well oiled machine with all of their transactions. They also answer any questions that I have and if they can’t be answered by the person on the phone, they get back to me as soon as possible.

The people that work for Vinson law are some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough great things about them. I only gave them 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option!!

My husband, Floyd received a flyer from Vinson Law in early 2020 concerning their approach in helping vets and others effected by asbestos. He had been, and continued to be, in the care of the Veteran’s Administration for lung issues incurred during the Vietnam War and while working at the Naval Shipyard in Long Beach. We thought it was an interesting approach, nicely done and decided it worthwhile to invest some time in understanding what it was about. We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism in handling our concerns in taking first steps and decided to move forward with them. Over the course of a few months – this was during Covid lock down – inventive methods of working with doctors through Vinson Law defined that he, indeed, did have cause to seek settlement for his lung problems. Simultaneously, Vinson provided detailed information to help Floyd’s memory concerning his involvement with toxic substances and environments that led to his condition. Everything was nicely done, handled politely and every time in a business-like manner. Vinson Law relieved our concerns that our involvement with them would not interfere with his treatment received from the VA. Floyd did pass away last year. I thought all matters with Vinson were concluded with his passing. They were gracious in sending me condolences, flowers and lovely sentiment but I ignored their calls. Finally Ben Vinson tracked me down and helped me understand, as Floyd’s widow, there continues to be case settlements remaining. I am pleased that we took that connection step with Vinson Law. The settlements received from the various companies enabled Floyd to enjoy the last few years in a more pleasant manner.
