I honestly don’t know where to start regarding Mickey Keenan and PA. I had slipped and fallen in an establishment. I reached out to Mickey for legal advice. I never thought that attorney Alan Bulnes would be in my life over three years. Alan has turned more into a friend than just my attorney. Alan made it so easy for me to speak openly with. He became like that good friend that you call After a dr.’s appointment and you have to make a serious decision and you want to hear their opinion. I have fallen apart at times, need someone to vent to and he was there. I never felt like Alan was too busy to speak with. When I needed to talk to Alan I was able to . If he was busy at the time, I always received a call from Jessica P to let me know Alan was aware that I was trying to reach him and made sure ieverything was OK with . I always got a call back from him. Jessica P. Always kept me informed and explained everything to me, even if I asked the same question more than once. My case was physical draining and emotional process for me . I truly felt like Mickey, Alan, Jessica P. and the rest of the team was there for me. Mickey Keenan, PA. and all the staff definitely care about their clients. They will fight for you and stick with you through it all. I never felt forgotten about or lost in their caseload. I know I wasn’t the only client they had, but I truly felt like I was. I truly felt cared about and heard!! Thank you for helping me and guiding me and holding my hand through this long process
