It has also been an absolute pleasure working with the entire team within Franchi Injury Law. I met William Franchi in a very unusual way as he gave back to his community❣️ they say God put people in the right place at the right time, that is exactly the case here. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. After 11 months of therapy & pain doctors appointments & inability to work and being told that the case will proceed i obtain a letter from my lawyer stating they will not continue representing me. They will no longer pursue my case without any explanation as to my accident especially when airbags did not deploy when it was supposed to. This accident was not my fault. I wonder if this firm should be investigated for fraud and misreprestation. That is probably what I should pursue.

Back in July 2022 my family and I were involved in a car accident and after searching for lawyers and being turned away Marlem at franchi law picked us up as a client no money up front she has made this process as easy and fast as possible ensuring trust as she fight for us communication was perfect during the whole process there was no confusion when Marlem was unavailable her team made sure they kept up with the notes so everyone can be on the same page this was a wonderful experience given the tragic accident thank you again Marlem
