All of the staff here is great but I've dealt primarily with Marlem. She made this VERY stressful and hard time a little easier because I didn't have to worry about too much of the paperwork and she really took the time out to explain EVERYTHING. She even helped with setting my appointment with the Chiropractor and she listened I NEVER had to repeat anything we spoke of previously. I felt like I mattered. Franchi Injury Law is amazing !!!!
