We came to Seward Law at a pretty stressful time in our lives. We were in the middle of our first home purchase gone horribly wrong. Don’t waste your time or money with this place, absolutely absurd to pay $175 for a 10 minute phone call that took place regarding a landlords failure to fix maintenance request. Brian was completely unhelpful in all forms instead of explaining the process he simply gave out prices for how much it would cost for them to handle the case, Sabrina at the front desk provided more helpful information than was given in the actual consultation. If you’re looking for representation please look elsewhere.

I have been working with Seward Law Office for the past 3 years. As a HOA Board President, I can say that Attorney Seward has helped our community immensly. Her knowledge and understanding of our governing documents has helped us to make good, solid decisions in our community. She is quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. She has represented our community, in court, on several occasions and we were always well represented. There was never any worry for the Board. I highly recommend Attorney Seward.

Ms Seward and her staff were very professional during all of my interactions with them. After my consultation I felt confident that I would move forward with Ms. Seward. She carefully listened to my issue and put a plan together for a demand letter to my HOA. After the letter was sent and they responded she took the time to meet with me again and advise me of my options. She answered all of my questions and that led to a positive outcome. I highly recommend Ms Seward and her law team!!!
