YOU GUYS!! I went to a consultation with Alicia SO confused and scared, and could not have left with more knowledge and confidence. After a month of battling with a suddenly rude and aggressive landlord, just an hour with Alicia helped me find a game plan to feel safe and confident in my family’s next move. I could not be more satisfied with her services. She was understanding, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I not only feel like we have a handle on the current dreadful situation with our landlord, but I gained understanding of what to do in the future should we ever have any issues again.
