I write this coming from a place of love for my family and wanting to do right by my wife and young son. I was unsure about what to do when my wife told me she wanted a divorce but through a friend I found Mrs. Jenkins at Open Palms. She and her excellent staff have helped guide me and my family through the process of working together to come to a reasonable and clean divorce settlement agreement (Doing what’s best for my family). The people at Open Palms have helped to comfort me and advised me through the most difficult time and decisions of my life. With their help I was able to make it through the process with little worries and confidence that I was doing what was best for my family given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Open Palms because of their processes and procedures to anyone looking for Peace of mind and resolution to their martial affairs! Through it all I have learned what it means to be selfless, grateful, humble and most of all what sacrifice truth looks like. This life changing event has taught me many lessons about unconditional love and appreciation for what really matters in this world of material things and it is life itself good and bad. The people at Open Palms live a servant lifestyle of helping and not hurting and for that I am grateful for their services!

Joryn Jenkins and her staff are wonderful to work with. She steeped in midstream when my previous attorney abruptly moved out of state. Thankfully a lawyer friend specializing in another area of law recommended her. Joryn is straightforward and tells you like it is. She is a strong believer in the collaborative process (although my case did not lend itself to an amicable resolution), which is the way to go because the State of Florida, from my experience, seems to want both parties to reach an agreement and the case will go on and on until they arrive at that point. On 14 Feb 2019, I spoke with Ms. Jenkins regarding my child custody and child support issues. She was very respectful and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered me positive solutions to resolve my problem. You can tell she takes her job seriously and she looks out for the best interest of her client. Some attorneys start off the conversation about money and that tends to turn me away since I was a paralegal for over 10 years but her main focus is the issue at hand and what service she can provide to her client. Ms. Jenkins will point you in the right direction and be truthful and honest with her answers to your questions.
