Terrible service I would never recommend to anyone that firm changes paralegals so much you as a client don’t even know who’s handling it ive been fighting my case for almost 2 years I have not even gotten a document from them I’ve done everything doctors recommended. This firm treats you like a number not like you would deserve your be treated as a human being trying to get what you deserve. I’ve called the office trying to speak to Dennis Hernandez and I never got a call from him I tried calling the number on billboards and I never got a response. I’m not sure how this firm has 5 stars but they are a complete lie.

Mollie was the attorney working my case, she did an excellent job and got me a better settlement than expected. She kept me informed and responded quickly when contacted.

They did everything they said they would. They were aggressive, but not with me. Overall process was long but they delivered. Honestly they don't mess around.

I would like to personally thank Dennis Hernandez and Associates for their help and guidance after my husband was in an auto accident at no fault of his own. Our attorney, Brittany, was a joy to work with. She showed compassion and concern for the well being of my husband from day one and took care of everything for us so that he could focus on his healing and not worry about dealing with the insurance company. Brittany kept in constant contact with us and she or her assistant returned our calls almost immediately. She was able to get a full payout from the insurance company and we would work with her or any of the staff at Dennis Hernandez and Associates if there were ever a need again. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. We highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need.
