If you would like to be forced to sign papers and receive malpractice service from their providers this is the firm for you

At the final meeting with my attorney and paralegal, they started it out by asking for a review of their service. I decided to be nice and agreed. Then they explained that there is a competition between everyone in the office to get as many reviews as possible. Here I am wondering how much I'm going to get for the damage to my spine and they are just joking about an office competition. I was shocked when I realized that they meant they wanted you to do the review then and there while one of them stood behind you and the other one across the table from you. Not only that, they do this BEFORE they discuss the outcome of your case. Needless to say, you feel like you have to be nice. Below is the forced review I wrote while they were staring at me and waiting. Dennis Hernandez and Associates was fantastic. They always returned my phone calls quickly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely tell my friends and family to use Dennis Hernandez and Associates. As you can see, I was struggling to find something to say. Then, they make you sign something that says you are authorizing them to say you gave them five stars. Who does that? Up until this meeting, I can't really say I was even satisfied with their work, but I probably would have given them three stars. My dissatisfaction started with my first attorney who called me and asked me to retrieve my own records because she was having trouble getting them. It seemed odd to me, but I did what she asked. Then, that attorney left in the middle of my case and no one even called me to tell me. I had to call them after I realized I hadn't heard from anyone in a while and that's when I found out I had a new attorney. She called me shortly after that. The new attorney was nice and seemed to do a decent job. However, she eventually referred me to a provider who ended up getting 10% of my settlement money. They negotiated all of my bills down, but they only got that provider to reduce their bill by less than a hundred dollars. Now I see why they referred me there. To grease each other's pockets. At the end of the very short final meeting (of which I spent most of my time writing a forced review), they tell me they don't have enough time to cut me a check, so they will call me next week. Apparently they don't schedule meetings with enough time in them to take care of their clients. They just schedule enough time to get what they want from you - the review. After the last interaction, I requested a meeting with Dennis Hernandez. Each time I called, I was told that he would be busy "for weeks." I told them I was willing to wait, so they offered to call me once he had an opening in his schedule. For two months, I waited. No one called. I finally called back and requested a meeting. They said he would be busy "for weeks." I said I'd wait. Sure enough, when I called to confirm the meeting, they ignored my message and called me the next week to tell me that something came up. So I finally agreed to meet with Mike, "Dennis' right hand man." Mike was nice enough. He spent the entire meeting taking notes and apologizing. However, he saw that I work at the VA, so he spent some of the meeting trying to get me to help him get his VA claim approved. Clearly, he wasn't really thinking about me or my concerns. He still wanted to know what he could get from me. Since he said he was going to talk to Dennis about my concerns, I expected a call back at some point. However, it's been two months and he never even tried calling me once. Now, a one star rating seems too high for them.

The Hernández staff did a great job on my case and I would recomend anyone to this Office because they treat you like a family and they stay on top of the case.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!! No one ever hopes to find themselves in a situation needing professional legal representation. January of this year I was involved in an auto accident that left me with mounding medical bills and I found myself searching for representation. Dennis Hernandez & Associates exceeded every expectation I had. This is what you can expect if you have the misfortune of needing an attorney following an accident. Legal professionalism I expected that I would have challenges contacting my attorney during the months of the case. I anticipated calling and leaving a message to give the attorney time to open my file and refresh before returning my call. This was not the case with my attorney Samantha. Not only did she immediately take my calls personally; she knew every detail of my case and medical history, she was readily available with answers to my questions and advise I needed.  I found her to be on top of everything and fully educated in the details of my case. She set real expectations and followed through with everything we discussed. Follow through after the settlement I had heard horror stories of other attorneys being slow to disburse funds after the case settled. This was not the case with Dennis Hernandez & Associates. Once the case settled, the team worked out all the medical balances and saved me time and money. What I had braced myself to be a several month process, turned out to be very fast and again they worked hard to keep me informed and set real expectations for what I could expect. Would I refer friends and family? YES My first hope is that you never find yourself needing professional legal representation. If you do, my second hope is that you look into hiring DennisHernandez & Associates.
