My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. There was a substantial hospital lien which Attorney Clark was able to resolve as well. He was a very effective communicator and always kept me informed of any developments and/or any potential hurdles. Mr. Clark handled a auto-bicycle accident case in which I was seriously injured and did a great job pursuing the responsible party and my insurance carrier for UM coverage. Very professional and helpful at all time.
