David was an awesome lawyer and I am so glad I chose him to work on my case! I was going up against an incompetent, unfair, & biased Guardian Ad Litem (I hope no one has to go through that) as well as an untruthful and scorned ex and David listened to my every need and concern throughout the way. I chose David to work on my case after my first attorney did a negligent job and he was the right person to take on the challenge of going to trial in a short period of time. David was put on my case at a difficult time but he prevailed and is direct, intelligent, and well-spoken in the court room. In the end, we got the righteous and fair results that were needed for my child custody case. I wish I would have chose him the first time around but I'm glad I found him when I did & all of the good reviews are well deserved. I am very happy with my results and Lord willing if I ever need a family lawyer again, he's the man.

David Hurvitz is an incredible family law attorney. He was my lawyer for a child relocation case. David is extremely attentive to his clients needs and was available around the clock to answer any of our questions. He is straight to the point when emailing/addressing Opposing Council/GALs/Mediators wasting no ones valuable time or money. I was referred to David from a co-worker of mine. He is truly amazing, he met with me a couple of times prior to me hiring him as my counsel. I initially had another attorney representing me and I wasn't too pleased with the services I was receiving, so I reached back out to David and he was very understanding and compassionate about my case. He reassured me that everything will work out and he was also willing to work with me with the payment if need be. He didn't try to rip me off and charge me an arm and a leg, he was extremely reasonable with his fees. He never made me feel like he was in it for the money. Once everything was finalized, he actually sent me a check back in the mail for a partial refund. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make my divorce as smooth as possible. He handled everything, he kept the stress away from me, and he always kept me in the loop. One thing I appreciated was he never sugar coated things with me, so he let me know the pros and cons of my situation and he and I came up with what would be best for my case. I never had to chase him down to request an update, he always kept contact with me and let me know he is always available by his cell if I needed him. By the time I hired him, he was able to get my divorce finalized within 3 months. If you are looking for someone who is actually passionate about helping people and wanting the best for their clients, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent and professional lawyer!!!!! Enough said but if you need more info please keep reading.... I had a family case that is not common in Florida pertaining to custody of my daughters. (Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member) In fact so uncommon that when I tried to represent myself and use the forms online, I found that they did not have forms specific to my type of case and therefore almost always had to use generic forms for my response. This always left me secondguessing if I chose the right legal forms and feeling very hopeless in the case.... until I hired Mr. Hurvitz. Even though I live in Texas, Mr. Hurvitz made sure to stay in contact with me and met all of our deadlines. He always gave me the right information and preparation for every proceeding throughout this process. I went from feeling hopeless to confident. And for good reason, his highly competent knowledge of the law won us the case and gave me back the most precious thing a mother could ever ask for, my daughters back home with me. He is the most honest, ethical attorney in the state and most importantly he won’t promise you false hopes as many attorneys have done prior. One of the many positives to David is you’ll always be able to reach him. He is hardworking and even works late at night and on the weekends to answer his clients questions and concerns (very uncommon for the typical lawyer).
