Best lawyer around! Helped me with my case through and through, I couldn’t have asked for someone better to help me out in my situation, thank you’d right success David

When the time came to find an attorney that would take my case, I came across David. From that moment on, he’s been absolutely great. I am one of those that call all the time and even if it’s not that important, David was there to answer my calls, emails and text messages ( sometimes they would be late at night) and provided me with the answers and reassurance I needed. I would be anxious but he was so calm and that helped me out so much. He is very professional, reliable and down to earth. He explains everything to you during this process. I do thank David for everything he has done for me. He’s helped me out a lot and I’m grateful.

This review is on behalf of Jon Yanek. If I could give 100 stars I would. David saved my life in so many ways. I had a terrible corrupt attorney and GAL on my divorce case and they did me in so bad that it seemed there was no way of reversing the damage they caused to my case. David jumped in on the middle of the case and reversed everything in my favor in only a couple of months. Before I hired David, I was on deck to have supervised visits with my kids, mandated psych evals, Reintegration therapy with therapists that didn’t take insurance, all because a corrupt GAL my prior lawyer recommended told me this is the only way I could see my kids again. I had that horrible lawyer for almost a year before I found David and within a few months he got me EVERYTHING I wanted including 50/50 custody of my kids with no trial. I could tell he fought for my case as if it was his own. I had no idea going into this divorce that the civil court system does not favor fathers, but David knows exactly the issues fathers face and how to over come them. He saved my relationship with my kids and even saved my house. I doubt any other lawyer can do what David does and I will be recommending David to EVERYONE I know.

Great attorney. Will always answer emails or phone calls, no matter what time it is. He has helped me in my case tremendously, and is always vigilant to do everything he can. I highly recommend him for anyone.

David, thank you so much for all of your hard work and Joseph. For those who may be reading this to decide if you should go with David for Family court, I highly advise you to go with him. He is a pit bull in the court room. My child support was reduced and I have all the time I could have ever wanted with my children. Go with David Side note: he won my trial on the same day he had another trial earlier that day. Need I say more.
