I want to thank David L. Hurvitz, Esq for all his his hard work in my case. I was not able to pay for an attorney during my divorce 12 years ago, due to that I went through years of being tormented by my ex. The ex put me in a lot of debt and played on it. Finely I got to where I could afford an attorney and someone recommended Mr. Hurvitz to me. Mr. Hurvitz and I talked about the case and he got right on the ball to getting me help. Now after 12 years of being in debt and going through all the drama, Mr. Hurvitz has now got the final judgement from the courts and my debt is getting paid off. I am so so so grateful to have him as an attorney. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Mr. David Hurvitz. There is finally a closure to along over due divorce and tournament. Thank you

I have not had a consultation with him yet but I will say this: it's Feb 7th 2022 and I started my paternity case March 2021 galros withdrew because I asked for the 1k the remained of the 7k that I gave him then paid 300 for a consult with Sanchez associates and they said 8k in full to retain... I would have gone with them but after paying ty trayner 3k in June I had nothing left and since July I been trying to see my daughter regularly but only got to see her 17 times... I don't even get to communicate with her at the very least, yet my custody order says 7days with mom 7 days with dad. 2 dcf investigations and 2 protection orders later im finally going to consult with David tomorrow and you know why im writing this? To say that I already know he is the best without even speaking to him n its because of Asia. Since October she has spoken with me 3 times didn't ask for anything just told me what I wanted to know each call lasted 30 minutes with her besides this last one. I planned to do it pro se and retain someone for pretrial statment if it got that far but here I am about to have a consult because yesterday I called her n she took the initiative and set me up with him. I will very likely be retaining David n forever continue with him n his crew for one reason. His paralegal who called me back and is about to take her bar exam in a few weeks. She is going to pass and become official. She has sold me because I know who she has chosen to work for must be the King of attorney's. The best attorney in the world must have the best paralegal about to ace her bar exam.. better believe I want to become a member of their crew. Look forward to our consult tomo David. #Goatnation

David caused me nothing but hell and heartache. He lost my case because he was not competent in the law pertaining to marriage and divorce. I had to go through years of suffering through the appellate process to get the case overturned in my favor due to David’s misconduct and misrepresentation. My appellate attorney informed me he did something unscrupulous but completely unethical with regard to his contractual fees.

They will string your case along to get paid whether you win or lose they don’t care because they got paid, I only heard from David when he wanted a payment and was represented by Joseph Springer… definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life. As their client I never felt like I was being fought for, when you think of an attorney going to court for you you’d like to feel comfortable and confident and unfortunately it was a lot of “let’s see” and “I don’t knows”. Anything that I thought of to help my case was ignored. You’d hope that your attorney would fight for you like if they are you and that’s just not the energy I received. My son went from being in my care 24/7 to then 50/50 and now his father has him the majority of the time. I tried voicing my unhappiness and was met with excuses and no results. We had a zoom hearing scheduled with the judge and Joseph sent me the wrong link so I ended up missing court and of course they didn’t care how that makes me look. I would never recommend this law office to anyone looking for real help and to anyone who’s not happy with the service they received I highly recommend making a complaint to the Florida Bar association, it’s well worth it.

I am very grateful that David was my attorney, I had retained him after I was so unhappy with my first attorney. David is very honest, professional and he zealously represented me and protected my legal rights and I was able to settle my case instead of going through lengthy and expensive trial.
