This is a very good lawyer very on top of his work I was in a real bad situation the whole year I was barely seeing my child and I was dealing with a whole bunch of drama from my BM this man was able to get me from only seeing my child once a week every Sunday to almost 50/50 custody 45% custody it's what I ended up getting and I can go back at some point later if things don't seem to be going as according to get more time the fact is that my situation was so bad I was able to almost get exactly what I wanted and having to now get this is a blessing this man is very very good at how he handles cases even if you have a bad situation most of the time he can fix it he was so good that even was able to make it to where child support was a joke and when I say it a joke I mean a joke literally like anybody can pay something that's under $100 every month that's what 50/50 custody can get you or something close to it where you barely have to pay anything my guys out there understand anyway definitely make sure you retain him he a definitely good lawyer he's good at making sure that the opposite lawyer you're dealing with comes to a reasonable logical decision When it comes to a settlement my guys out there understand the court goes off of statues so having a good lawyer that can get another lawyer to come to a settlement is very important this is the guy right here that can make that happen God bless everyone stay safe

I searched for an attorney to help me modify my child support obligation and the Department of Revenues records which were all wrong. David Hurvitz esp really listened to my issues and understood what I wanted accomplished. The value was so much better than any attorney I contacted and there were many. I’m so grateful to have come upon such a prestigious and professional lawyer. He is the perfect Father’s Rights lawyer! He helped my brother win custody of his daughter. The opposing party was DCF & maternal grandmother. They were trying to take rights away from a NON-OFFENDING FATHER. Dcf stopped at nothing to create manipulation & coercion to the judge & my niece. No matter what my brother did to satisfy their every request! They found every effort to go against it & They denied him his very own daughter! When I, the paternal aunt, who had no issues communicating with the grandmother of the opposing party, this grandmother blocked the entire paternal side of the family and only invested lies!
