Let me start by saying, if I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give him 100! If you need a family law attorney, hiring David Hurvitz is the best decision you will make and will be the first step to getting to see your daughter/son on a regular basis. Mr. Hurvitz made the process of getting custody of my daughters easy, but also as stress free as any custody situation can be. His communication is on point, I never went more than 12 hours after messaging to get a response, and when I contacted him during an emergency situation, he was on the phone with me with 20 min. If I ever need a family attorney ever again (hopefully not but one never knows these days) I will for sure be going to him to resolve my issue. My case lasted 5 years and it wasn't because of Mr. Hurvitz, but you better believe he stayed on top things to keep the case moving as fast as the system would let us go. His prices are extremely reasonable, I didnt spend tens of thousands like you always hear, and he and his staff are very understanding people, and understanding of situations.

David has been my lawyer since 2017 and has helped me so many times over the years with a difficult child custody case. He is an excellent lawyer and I am truly blessed to have had him on my side for so many years. He has always given me valuable advice and has never steered me wrong throughout this entire process. He fights for you and your child as if you are the most important client he has, every single time. I also worked with Joe in this latest case and he is also just as amazing! David’s office has the best people that are there to support YOU. You can’t go wrong hiring David for a case, he is worth every penny and more.

I highly discourage anyone from using this attorney. 2 years in. 4 court appearances and I am still not able to see my child. The only thing that this attorney was efficient at was getting payment from myself. After choosing to proceed with out his counsel it appears wants to keep the additional funds that were allocated to his retainer as a show of good faith. Furthermore, on the subject of my case in particular it was all paint by numbers with no real attention paid to any of the specifics. I consistently had to edit, or completely rewrite agreements, because they were written as is if they had zero consideration for anything we hade discussed or even the sex of the child. I was In a near constant position of having to correct counsel. You would hope this would make a professional assess their shortcomings and redouble their efforts, but in reality the attorney became defensive and recalcitrant with me (his client). At times it seemed as if things were being drawn out, almost provoked by counsel. It's a hell of a thing to be removed from your child's life without cause, it's another entirely to have your advocate profit from extending the tragedy.

David is so helpful and very objective. He will give his clients the best and unbiased advice which I benefited from tremendously. He treats his clients in high regard.

Check the Bar Assoc. (Engaged in dishonesty, fraud, deceit) Not a good quality even if you think it may help you win. This behavior can also cause more issues and nobody who is going through a family law issue needs dishonesty or incompetency- Neither will likely be advantageous. Highly recommend doing your due diligence before hiring him or any attorney. Tried to provide a snapshot for helpful info but was unsuccessful. You'll have to search the Bar Assoc. and you should, when hiring ANY attorney. As for free consults-- ask yourself why you think they're offered and then ask yourself how likely it is that you can get accurate, helpful legal counsel. Remember, you should be interviewing an attorney, not the other way around.

Where do I start? I was referred to David by another lawyer who knew he was the best to handle my type of case. Where the respondent (my now ex wife :-) 🤗) was being absolutely ridiculous with her requests. I will be honest and say at times I felt like the day of me being divorced would never come, but David always made sure I knew he was on my side and had my best interest at heart. In the end I got exactly what I wanted, nothing more- nothing less. Thank you David and team for making this happen, I can now move forward with my life knowing I am free. Anyone even thinking about going with David and his firm, I am telling you now, without hesitation- DO IT, go with David- he will not disappoint!!

David was a great professional to work with. My child custody process has been going for a few years and I faced different lawyers in the process. I can say with confidence that he will do his best on your case, he is upfront and doesn’t make a promise unless he knows it is possible to get done. He is on point, all about action and results instead of big promises and drama forth and back conversations just to charge hourly. He doesn’t do that. He is on point. Thank you David for all you do.

I first had my consultation with David and that is who I hired. Somehow I was pushed to work with joseph springer and it has been the most disappointing experience and waist of money. He doesn't care about the case and has done nothing to help me during this difficult time. I do not recommend this firm at all. This has only brought more anxiety and disappointment, made me believe justice is not real

Mr David to get on my case for my divorce which she wanted half of the house and she ended up just with a little percentage. Save me thousands of dollars on settlement. He took care of everything very well and watch for my interst. Ease my concerns about dealing with my ex, and he got it right He also took care of my Will and last testament I appreciate Mr. David, and he even earned my trust and respect. David was God sent. He was able to negotiate and help me through the process of going through divorce which was hard for me. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I was aware of any changes and/or updates. My attorney Joseph Springer was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Never was there an unanswered email or question. He took the time to listen to me and what I wanted and always gave me the realistic answer and what I would be up against. He was a shark and gave my boys and I a fresh new start and an amazing future to look forward to. When you get divorced you need an attorney like Joseph willing to fight for you.
