Choosing someone to represent you can be a very scary process. After inquiring with a few lawyers, I hired Marcia to represent me in a custody suit. The details of the case were complex and confusing. I have to say with much gratitude, I found her assistance invaluable. She is sharp, thorough, and worked hard for me. She was compassionate, always available. Also, clear and prompt with her communications. Most importantly, ensuring my child's best interest was/is protected. I would highly recommend Mrs. Locke. There are attorneys, and then there’s Ms. Locke. She’s one of a kind. I highly recommended Ms. Locke. I had a very difficult divorce case. Ms. Locke was not the first attorney with whom I had spoken. I had interviewed several attorneys and was very frustrated and didn’t know what to do. I knew I had the right attorney when Ms. Locke not only listened but heard me. Ms. Locke was recommended to me by a friend who had her in their very difficult divorce case and described her has brilliant, tenacious, and had a big heart. Ms. Locke was that and so much more. She was so kind and understanding to me in my situation. She is intelligent, she didn't sugar coat anything, and always responded quickly to any questions I had (and I had a lot). She took my case to heart and moved it along as quickly as she possibly could but never forgetting any details. I always felt like I was in the loop with every step that happened. I was an eminent domain client of Ms. Locke's for approximately 15 years. She worked hard to investigate and validate the facts of the case, the applicable case law and the most defendable position. I never had reason to question her trustworthiness and found her to be an excellent communicator.

Marcia was always professional and aware of the laws pertaining to my case. She also made herself aware of the restrictions and needs that I had in resolving my case in a timely manner.
