Worst Criminal defense lawyer in Tampa, takes money and sits on cases. He does no work and only wants money. Stay far away from this office if you have a criminal case! You will regret your decision if you do !

Best lawyer I have ever hired. When it comes down to family ,he is very fair and his focus is based on the best interests of the child and when it comes down to a criminal case he is ready to fight for you, you can always call him when you need him and I can guarantee he will always answer. If you have a question he has the answer and if he doesn’t have it immediately( which is rare) he will call you back with your answer. We have been involved in a multi-state custody dispute for nearly 10 years and in that time have had to employ 3 different attorneys. Mr. Jaime Garcia is our third and final attorney. He has been employed on our case for nearly 3 years and during that time we have seen numerous delays for reasons outside of his control. We have had countless meetings, all of which he happily worked around myself and my wife’s work schedules as well as the schedules of our children. We have spoken to him during natural disasters (Hurricane Erma), on holidays, as well as on many evenings and weekends. Mr. Garcia has always showed us the upmost professionalism and concern in our case, he is thoughtful and direct. While he is a very busy attorney we were very impressed with his ability to be so prompt in replying to emails. He was also always more than happy to set up phone or in office conferences whenever needed. He addressed not only the current issues of our case but also looked toward the future and sought ways to resolve any potential issues that may occur now rather than us having to return to court in a year or two.
