I totally understand that there are a lot of firms to help with licensing conflicts!! This firm has totally changed the game for understanding what is accepted and the actual truth in FL and for me! I had to get a SR22 which is part of the worst of having car insurance, especially having a CDL. They have helped me to get back in good standings! Very very very grateful!

When I first booked the Law Place I was skeptical at all the good reviews. I had just left the jail and called the first law firm I saw on Google. I was a bit anxious afterward, because I had never gone thru something like this in my life. There were a lot of horror stories about bad lawyers, especially when it comes to criminal cases. Boy was I wrong. I got my unlawful DUI charge overturned to a reckless driving with adjudication withheld and no other conditions. Jennifer Banks was exceptional and always available to my needs. Any email or phone call was responded to swiftly and with care. Stephen C Higgins was very assuring and understanding. When the DA offered diversion he said it was a good deal -- but when I told him no because I genuinely believed we had a case he accepted my decision. He went to bat for me. That's all I wanted. He got me the best possible outcome and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to retain the services of this law firm. Lastly, the way they take care of things like submitting paperwork for my hardship permit and moving swiftly toward sealing my records after successfully resolving my case really makes me feel happy. It felt good knowing I had experts helping me navigate everything from the beginning of my case to the aftermath of my case. Kudos to the whole team. I can't put into words how relieved and appreciative I am.
