Mr. Lee was really nice when we talked, he was the first lawyer I talked with who heard me out and had questions about the situation. Over the next few months communication wasn't necessarily an issue, but the process seemed a bit dragged out. Over time they repeatedly asked me questions that I'd already answered in writing, and it seemed like they weren't paying attention. The last correspondence I received from them was in July of this year and I never heard anything again. I called a few times and would be told they'd call me back shortly, but never got a call. To this day my case was never resolved and I never received any correspondence, seems like they just forgot about me.

Joe was very thorough very polite. Also to the point said what he was going to do and got it done. I would recommend him highly to anyone that needs his services.
