I'm jealous of all the positive reviews. Our experience was MUCH different. Almost zero communication and updates on the case, telling us we have a mandatory court appearance the day before the court date, confusing our case with another case and not even knowing what stage the case was at. Really disappointing experience and for a very costly fee.
