This was my first time contacting an attorney for legal advice. I chose Franchi law because they were local, had great reviews, and weren't one of the big firms I see on TV. I contacted the office on a Saturday morning and after hearing the details of my case over the phone, an investigator was at my house within 45 minutes. Motor vehicle accidents are very stressful and the team at Franchi law did an outstanding job in guiding me through the experience. Like most people have posted, they have a very open line of communication and are quick to respond via phone or text, and I received a very fair and just settlement. Mr. Franchi and his team are amazing. I was updated at times when there wasn’t yet an update. Who does that anymore? Always available if you have a question by text or phone. You don’t get the feeling that due to these different times and limited in person meetings that they are out at the beach and you’re not important...No! They’re working for you. I would definitely recommend and advise anyone that needs accident counseling and representation to call Franchi Law. After having a car accident that left me with a serious leg injury I was at a loss of what to do financially.
