I originally retained Ben Older, the firms senior partner. But because Ben is so busy, and Mark is so good and extremely competent, Mark did a lot of work on my case. Whatever Mark did for me , I was very pleased with. There was no let down compared to Ben. I thought I was getting the best of two worlds with two highly skilled attorneys handling my case. And the outcome reflected their combined expertise. I was as happy with Mark as I was with the senior partner Ben. I am sure it will be a short time before Mark is a partner in their prestigious firm. I couldnt be happier with either one and highly recommend them both!
