Years ago I had a dream vacation of mine cut short and ruined by a negligent hotel infested with bed bugs. They wouldn’t give me a refund whatsoever even after cutting my trip short because they wouldn’t work with me to get transferred to another location! I didn’t know what to do and after a google search, found him, and he absolutely crushed them and made my really awful vacation into something that was actually nice. Explained everything to me how things worked, was polite, kind, understanding, and all around really felt like he genuinely just didn’t want to do my case because it was a cut of mine but because he felt I got wronged and wanted to help try to fix it.
