I will NOT seek another lawyer as long as I live. I spilled my guts to Andrew Shein; which I never actually do (I act) and he held me together. I thought I already wrote this but alas, here goes: HONEST, WISE, FAIR, PROFESSIONAL, FUNNY, REAL, BEST DEAL AROUND! I was extremely angry with nobody who understood but Andrew Shein listened and helped heal me. Understand how RARE this is for someone like me. You CAN trust Andrew Shein- 100%

So I'm pretty much a complete screw up, Andrew is probably my 12th or so criminal lawyer I've had to hire in tampa, fl. over 20 years. He is also hands down the best. He is a no nonsense sharp and extremely reasonable attorney. His excellent reputation with other attorneys is definitely a true mark. he will explain everything to you,. Andrew Shein-> highly recommend.

Andrew Shein was very helpful in my felony DUI case, he asked what was my main goal and achieved it (keep me out of jail) .. Fought for better deals among multiple prosecutors after already being paid in full. In addition, he helped (helping) guide through my probation period when I had any situations arise like going out of state when college is out. Told me everything to complete to be successful, offered advice, but cut me the truth, stay out of trouble or you will face the results. Has his clients back, best interests in mind, and provides great customer service. Knows the prosecutors (if not he will) and how to maneuver through the system for the best possible result. Wouldn't second guess referring him to family or friends.

I highly recommend Andrew Shein if you are looking for a professional lawyer that will explain all scenarios possible. He was successful in reducing my charges and I was pleased with his services. Mr. Shein is always just a phone call away and I have never had to chase him down when I had questions, he was extremely accommodating with his hours as well.

Andrew Shein is a true professional. In the beginning he informed me of all the scenarios of my case. Throughout, he kept in constant touch and returned all of my calls promptly. In the end he got my charges reduced, then completely dismissed. Bottom line is Andrew will make you feel like you are his one and only client. I couldn't have been more pleased with his services, and would recommend him to anyone.

It was a second DUI, after 15 years with no driving infractions since the first DUI. The video, and the record between arrests, was effectively used to support the possibility my drink was "spiked", for someone else's entertainment. The prescribed penalties were negotiated down to half, causing enough savings to cover the attorney's charges.

Incredibly informative, prepared, patient, accommodating. Did not sugarcoat the situation but was very reassuring and dependable. Incredibly responsive, never made me feel rushed, very respectful and always professional. I was terrified and felt better as soon as I hired Andrew. He's a good lawyer and a good person.

Mr. Shein was so wonderful. He did all he could for me as fast as possible. I don't like attorney's at all, but he is the exception. He is kind and shows concern. I will always remember how he helped me.​

Mr. Shein did a great job for me both on a DWI case as well as another criminal charge. There was never long gaps without communication, calls were either answered or returned promptly, and he was always very clear with what his plan/actions would be. In the future if I ever have a need I wouldn't even consider another attorney for the job.

I hired this law firm to file a contempt motion on my ex wife because she was not letting me talk to or see my children. The lawyer that represented me from his office was Jaclyn Evilsisor. I was very specific in the consultation about what we were up against and that I needed someone aggressive. I wasted an entire year with this attorney with no results whatsoever. It was a simple contempt motion that violated the current parenting plan. I was owed 3 weeks with my children in black and white and the outcome was unfavorable. I still do not understand why because it was never fully explained. At the end of the last hearing, after we lost, she finally admitted she was in over her head and that I should hire another lawyer. This did not stop her from sending me a huge bill. I would not recommend this attorney or law office. It has been over a year and I still have not seen my young children. I reported this to the Bar Association and am in process of filing suite against this firm wit my current attorney.
