Thank you Kurt Davis for standing up for what is right. Feels like the world is falling apart and yet to know there are still good people and good attorneys in the area helps bring a light. People are willing to just give away all of their rights over an issue. If you disagree with one side of the issue, you are instantly a piece of garbage. Getting yelled at for not following the crowd is difficult but worthwhile to stand up for our own freedoms.

The Tampa Bay Times reported that Kurt Davis cited inability to work out and need to evict someone during the pandemic as catalysts to his decision sue the State and the Governor for efforts to flatten the curve. That's my experience of this law practice.
