They know exactly what they are doing , I went to them in 2016 about my house but decided to wait on selling it . Had some probate issues but came back in 10-2024 Spoke with Mr Kreischer and he has the knowledge and experience that we needed to hear how to help us . We Will always continue to use him and his staff they are wonderful people. Thank you very much.

This law firm has the most experienced Real Estate Attorneys in Tampa Bay. Ann & Ann & Terry provide excellent service when closing Real Estate sales. Fees are far lower than most title companies. Highly recommend!

Mr. Fuentes and Mr. Kreischer are simply the best. They have both helped me with a large case in the past and still continue to help me to this day.
