Mike Hancock and his staff are the greatest. I had my car accident in April it is now the end of October and my case has been settled. I had surgery a few obstacles and a lot of questions. Stephanie was my point of contact through my whole process she is the person who called me constantly check my will being kept me informed about my case what was going on and how the process is going to work I could not have asked for a more attentive person in this situation. She guided me every step of the way, every question I had was answered to my satisfaction she sent me flowers after my surgery and called to check to make sure I didn’t need anything I have to say this has been the best part of my accident getting someone who actually cares about your well-being not just about the money and I thank you. Mike, Stephanie and Sarah I couldn’t ask for a better team.

my husband was in an accident and the other driver was at fault. the trip to the emergency room was skyhigh and so we contacted hancock. he took care of the entire bill, made sure my husband and daughter received excellent aftercare, replaced my totalled car, and we didn't have to worry about anything at all. he provided amazing one-on-one service at an incredibly reasonable rate!

My experience with Hancock Injury Attorneys has been very positive. My accident occurred just after I moved to Florida from Tennessee. I had no knowledge of who to turn to for help. I did not have a doctor and was lost as what steps to take and where to start. Mike was very helpful in giving me general information about the medical choices available to me in my area. The help that was provided to me by Mike’s paralegal, Kelly, was invaluable. Kelly was professional and yet personable at the same time. She made herself available whenever I had a need or a question. I found that Kelly was extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She was and is a wonderful representative for Mike’s practice. The majority of my case took place during Covid. All of my interactions with Mike and his team was by phone, FaceTime, and Zoom. Yet I feel like I got to know Mike and Kelly professionally and personally. There is a reason that Mike and his team are so highly regarded.
