The firm of Hancock Injury Attorneys I must say works hard for you. I was in a car accident 3/12/2021. My wife was hysterical when she received the phone call. Not knowing what to do, she called Hancock Injury Attorneys. The answering machine picked up, but later that night she said she received a call From the firm and they would take care of the rest. I must give a very special thanks to Kelly. Throughout this process, A process that was very complicated. Kelly did an amazing job. I know I was being a pain by always calling and asking what was going on, but she was always polite. Things may not get done in your time, but believe me!!!! Mr Hancock & Kelly will get it done. I learned a valuable lesson. Let the lawyer and Hancock Injury Attorneys do the work for you. They are truly for the people. I appreciate Hancock Injury Attorneys & Kelly.. Thanks. I was pleasantly surprised when I began speaking with Attorney Hancock. He was sincere, honest and personable. He listened attentively to what I had to say and explained the particulars of my case thoroughly. At the end of our conversation, l felt that he is trustworthy and will do his best to help me legally. Again, he is very thorough. He was not rushed. He did not mind telling me exactly what he would do for me and how he would proceed .

Well I thought this time instead of hiring a big firm. I would give a smaller firm my business. The big firms make you feel you are just a number. So I chose Hancock's firm. So I originally spoke to Hancock's wife. Which was so nice and helpful. She had someone follow up with me. It was a Sunday when I called. So Mr Hancock called me, during that conversation. I should of known to not hire him. During our first conversation. I thought I was on the stand being cross examined. I felt that Hancock didn't believe anything I was saying. And was cross examining me. He must of asked me the same questions over and over. Like he was trying to catch me in a lie. I was in a really bad car accident involving a truck and trailer who ran the stop sign. I felt no empathy and insulted. So when we hung up, I was very angry. So I waited til our next conversation to finally let him know how I felt. So he did apologize and then explain his expertise. So I decided to continue to use his firm. Until....I needed an advance. By the way they don't help you with property damage nor care. So I needed an advance. An advance to pay my 1000.00 deductible to get my car back after 4 months. I wasn't able to work with all the pain. So I needed help, so I spoke with Brook, who was very rude. And I felt she thought she was better than me. When I asked for the advance I only asked for the 1000.00 to get my car. But then I decided I needed more due to my situation. So when I asked for more god forbid. I got a attitude like it was such a big deal to call the loan company to ask for another amount. I raised my voice with Brook who by the way works for a law firm! Who you would think has thicker skin. Well anyway I get a call from Mr Hancock who is on VACATION in Colorado. Calls me knowing I been waiting for my car for 4 months!!!! And he decides he doesn't want me as a client BECAUSE I raised my voice with Brook. Honestly Brook shouldn't be working there. If she can't handle her job. I didn't curse I didn't scream I just raised my voice. And told her that if she can't handle it and help me out, then let Stephanie. Stephanie was so much easier to talk to. Brook are you Hancock's daughter? Because I have never been treated so unprofessional by a law firm as I was with Lawfirm Hancock. But he really at the end did me a favor. That day that they left me hanging without my car. I found someone else, who took care of the car situation without an advance. Who walked me through step by step. And showed some empathy, I am so happy with my choice. Which is Attorney Michael Herron and his team Julie (awesome) and Johna. So Mr Hancock thank you!!!

Great communication, fast response, dependable! Mr. Hancock was able to help refer me to the correct lawyer and still checked in to see if there was any help he could assist with. Always answered my questions fast and efficiently!

Out standing got me more then I was expecting and fast
