My minor son was involved in a very unfortunate incident a year ago today. I searched and searched until I came across Mike Hancock’s law firm and trusted due to the Google review. One year ago, thinking I will receive A1 support and communicate about my son’s case.Mike made promises of keeping an open line of communication that has been broken. He showed a lot of concerns up until the company whose responsible for my son’s injury started giving him the run around. After 30days of him contacting their company. When I noticed the inconsistency in him trying to reach them. He had one of his team members provide me tracking numbers to letters he wrote but both transit locations shows never delivered still today. I brought that attention of error to him, going on 3 months now and he has avoided my many attempts, requesting for a returned call or follow up. Earlier in my case he blamed everything on his Paralegal Gabby who was helpful until he removed her and brought light that she was the reasoning of lack of communication and mishaps on certain documents. Mike then told me he was going to give my son case to his “ more experience paralegal Kelly” who I have never verbally spoken to over the phone. She sent me three text over a 6 month time frame. Then last month I was told by Gabby that Mike gave her my sons file again. So I requested for him to reach out to me and still. No call, No text, No email by Mike. I’m very hurt and disappointed by what I’m experiencing on my first lawsuit ever. I never thought a year later I would still feel lost and alone.

I just have to say that I'm very pleased with this firm. They asked questions for an understanding of a terrifying experience without making me feel uncomfortable. I love that they explain what the next steps are to make sure I understand the process. Thank you so much for being so kind and thoughtful. I love the professionalism and the positive uplift.

When you this attorney all get is a hang up. Very rude staff not caring about the injured person.

Working with Mike and everyone on his team has been a pleasure. They were all super friendly. Their response rate was super quick. Everyone was super helpful. They explained everything in detail from start to finish so I never had a question about what was going on. First of all let me begin by saying that Attorney Mike Hancock was very patient and genuine regarding his concern for my daughter’s well being. Not only did he listen, but he “heard” what I was saying. He was kind enough to take the time to speak with me and give some advice on what could, and could not be done and why. He even did some research on her situation, (which I found to be impressive), prior to our telephone conference so that he could give me a definitive answer regarding her issue and advise me accordingly. Unfortunately, due to her particular situation, he could not assist her.
