They are the best attorney u can ever have

I have received nothing but the best service I can ask for from Mike Hancock’s office. He and his office are true professionals in every sense of the word. They guided me along the process and had outstanding communication. I am more than pleased with the services they provided, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Tldr Hire Mike Hancock! When I got hurt in a major accident and needed to hire an attorney. I refused to call any lawyer hawking themselves on tv for the sole purpose you don’t get what Mike and his team provide. One on one and complete and utter availability to not only handle everything ,but the fact Mike actually listens and explains everything. Mike was there to help provide insight where I had none and did so in a manner I knew that my opinion and voice mattered in my lawsuit; down to the last day my case settled. Mike took the huge burden of stress and anxiety away. I can’t be more appreciative for the work Mike and his team did for me and I will always refer anyone to him!! Thank you Mike ~Brandon

I went to Hancock back in 2014 I think it was to assist me with an auto accident that an attorney was dragging their feet about closing on. I needed Mike to tie things up for me and he did and I was satisfied with the outcome. I also sent my mom to him to assist and unfortunately she ended up getting into another accident. I don't know if it became too confusing for Mike or what but there was essentially an entire year that she barely heard from him. The case wasn't closed until around 4 years later! Then she received just $3000. I feel Mr Hancock didn't treat my mother like she was a priority but more of a bother. She's on disability and he even asked her how a large settlement would affect that or any "public aid" she was receiving. He never asked me anything condescending like that so I couldn't understand why it was seemingly just directed at my mother. I saw her attempt to get things sped up for over 2 years! When I initially called Mike, the first thing he wanted to know was how did I find his office. I thought that was odd being that you're obviously on Google. He seemed surprised that I came to him based on a review I read online. When I picked up my check, everyone was SUPER nice and of course asked that I write them a fabulous review. The next day I went in there to turn in a letter for my mother and Claire looked directly at me and walked away. I thought that was so rude being that just the day before you asked me to write you up a nice review, which is why I waited to until I saw how they handled my mother and I feel bad for referring her to them. I wonder are half of these reviews legit or if they were prematurely written. I just hope in the future, they treat EVERY client equally .
