Mike Hancock and his entire staff were absolutely incredible during my entire journey. I had never been in this type of unfortunate situation that left me with permanent inujuries that were no fault of mine. I had no idea what to do to help cover my new and growing medical expenses. Having Mike answer all of my questions with an abundunce of patience and kindess made me realize he cared about me and I wasn't "just another client". He helped my husband and I understand the process step by step and set appropriate expectations the entire way. My calls and emails were always answered quickly and they would even randomly check up on how I was feeling. When he would address the other attorneys during our case, I would sit up taller and feel more confident because I knew he was fighting for me, protecting me and defending me. I am thankful he was my attorney and even more thankful he fights hard and got me the outcome I hoped and prayed for.

My particular case was 1 of unique circumstances due to subsequent events after my initial accident. Despite a challenging case to present Mike kept me informed with what was happening with my case.
