We were referred to Michael Herron from a Friend, we are so grateful. My husband was in a car accident, a lady pulled in front of him. Thank goodness his injuries were not life threatening. Michael helped thru the whole process. We had received a letter from the Lady's attorney, stating they were coming after us. We called Michael in a panic, we made this call after work hours and we were so happy, he called us back later that evening and said he did not want us to worry over the weekend, after normal work hours, impressive. We even went to a traffic court hearing, because the Lady was fighting the ticket, Michael went to court with us. He is professional, responsive and compassionate. Very good attorney to hire and very helpful staff

This is my second time using Micheal's services. He is a really good attorney, and he doesn't procrastinate about getting things done in your case. He stays on top of things, I like that about him. He takes action on your behalf, which is what you want in your attorney. He will try to get your case settled and get you money A.S.A.P. 💰💰💰

I have never needed a lawyer for an auto accident before, but I was not getting the response from the insurance company and the dealership that I should have. I met with Michael Herron and decided to hire him. I always received a quick and informative response, whenever necessary. His paralegal, Julie Burger, was extremely helpful to me. She handled all communication with the insurance company, including repair of my vehicle, medical care. Etc. They were a huge benefit. Top notch! I can't thank Mr. Herron and Ms. Julie enough for treating me like a person and not a dollar sign. My accident changed my life completely. Im fairly new to Tampa and never been involved in a accident before. Therefore,I didn't know where to begin. Someone referred the WORST law firm in the world "Morgan & Morgan." I was treated very poorly at that law firm. I never met my attorney,guess I was nothing to him. I request to speak to my attorney numerous of times and the paralegal would always call me with an attitude like I was annoying him. One day I googled lawyers in my area and Mr. Herron showed up with 5 stars. From day 1,Mr. Herron sits down with you for consulation. I guess he was shocked by look on my face because I was like "I really get to meet my attorney." Julie was the absolute best,I love her to pieces.. Michael Herron is a great attorney. My experience with this practice was exceptional. I'm retired military and very regimented and difficult to please. Michael Herron and his staff provided me with excellent quality and care. Mr Herron is professional, knowledgeable and honorable. It is very difficult to find a good attorney that won't sell you out. I have recommended this practice to at least five others and will continue to send people to him. I see Michael and his staff Maria as friends for life!
