I was involved in a motor cycle accident in late August and was not the at fault driver. I ended up going to two hospitals for treatment. After discharge there were visits to an orthopedic doctor then physical therapy which lasted well into the end of December. The medical bills were greater than any auto insurance coverage and I was unable to work. While I was on my way to the hospital my wife went on line to find an attorney as she knew we would not be able to handle this all by ourselves. We were certainly not going to let the auto insurance carriers handle this on their own. After reviewing many sites she chose Michael Herron, Esquire. My accident was on a Friday afternoon. Michael came out to our house on Sunday and talked to us. It took a lot of time to obtain final medical bills from every medical organization involved but once we had that information Michael was able to settle. Through his diligence and hard work we settled the end of March. There was always clear and timely communications with him and his Paralegal Julie Burger. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future should the need arise.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Mr. Herron and his staff. I hired them twice to handle legal matters for me and both times they exceeded my expectations. Mr. Herron and his legal staff are relentless in pursuing a victory for their clients. They also do an excellent job of keeping their client "in the loop" with regards to their case. I referred my boyfriend to them and he also had an excellent experience. I definitely recommend him and his entire staff!

I have used Michael Herron for numerous events that have happened in my life. Spanning the gambit of legal representation, the one thing that has remained consistent is the reliability of Michael and his word. He is not an attorney who hides on billboards or only speaks through tag lines, he is an attorney that you can sit in his office and conduct business with the old-school way. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, straight-shooting lawyer who knows how to get things done, I would recommend Michael Herron all day long.
