When I first contacted Darrin Mish I had a serious issue which needed to be resolved quickly. I was not in a position to pay what was expected of me and was feeling unrelenting pressure by the IRS. Darrin took my case and I paid him his fee to "take me to the end and resolution" It took a long time and there were many rejections of the Offer In Compromise. He stayed with it and was effective in negotiating me to the point where the debt was finally settled, and I am now I have a clear record with no blemishes visible on the credit bureau reports. During the process of resolving my issue we had gone well beyond what I would have expected to pay for his services and he never once asked me to pay anything more. He is a man of his word, and knows his trade. I have referred several people to him and will continue to going forward. I was recommended Darrin's office by a close friend and long time colleague who has excellent results. Darrin's office negotiated an agreement that quite frankly exceeded my expectations. However, it's the after the conclusion of that matter that really shows what a class business this is. I've had multiple small questions recently that I needed some guidance on. Heather has always been extremely prompt, courteous and helpful with great advice on how to handle these matters, including telling me straight up that if I did a, b and c it wouldn't be worth it to retain them. That's rare. Highly recommended if you ever need someone to competently have your back on any tax matters.

I hired Darrin to assist me to clear 2 tax lines for a client, My clients were elderly 1st time homebuyers that were finally able to buy a home for the 1st time in their life because we got this issue resolved. Once I called her and told her that I was successfully able to get the issue resolved with Darrin, she started crying. If you owe the IRS money, Darrin should be your 1st call!! Excellent in this space, very knowledgeable regarding the rules & laws. Surprisingly Darrin is able to represent taxpayers anywhere in the US!

Considering the scope the firm's abilities the help that I needed with my taxes was a walk in the park for Darrin and his associates. That being said though, I was treated very well from each and ever person there and I was also treated to be just as important as any other customer no matter what my situation was in comparison

I found Mr. Mish online after a quick search. I am so glad I chose to consult with him. Mr. Mish carefully reviewed my case and offered his sincere advice from all different angles. He spent considerable time advising me on what I could do next even though his suggestion was outside of hiring him as my attorney. I left there feeling like he really cared and wanted the best for me regardless if he was able to take the case. If need be, I would definitely seek his services in the future.

At a point in life I needed help straightening IRS issues out. I called Mr. Mish . My Issues were handled with professionalism and in a very timely manner with courteous and sincere respect. The IRS can be a huge dragon. The anxiety of fighting such a beast without Mr.Mish and everyone in his office was overwhelming. That was years ago and I still use this office for all my tax needs. Darrin Mish resolved a very expensive and difficult tax problem for me. From our first meeting (which was just a few days after my call), he was knowledgeable AND compassionate. He explained, in clear English, how we could proceed. And then, we did! It took a little longer than he anticipated, but apparently the IRS moves at its own pace. This review applies to Darrin and to EACH of his employees. Everyone I worked with -- in person and on the phone -- was professional and understanding.
