I retained Ted for my current custody issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable, quick-witted, and realistic. He came to every situation (CMC, mediation, court proceedings) fully prepared to defend my case. He eased my nerves and I felt comfortable with my case in his hands. I witnessed him do his absolute best to represent me and the best interest of my child.

As a nearly eight (8)-year-long client of what has to be THE most gifted, talented, and HARD-WORKING lawyer (along with the rest of his law firm and support staff) ANYWHERE, I truly don't know where to begin... By any measure or reference, my case and circumstances were arguably more complicated than most. As a father/Husband, I entered my divorce proceedings as an "underdog" feeling very insecure about a desired and favorable outcome for my three (3) children and I. And in my minimal experience of dealing with lawyers in the past, I grew to not be very fond of lawyers, in general - Not to mention, this whole experience dealing with the legal system I found to be very intimidating, given that I'm lacking any sort of legal expertise whatsoever. With all of that said, I cannot speak highly enough of Ted Rechel as a "Game Changer" and legal "Chess Master" in this way! As a total skeptic (formerly, until Ted entered my life), Ted earned my trust and confidence through professionalism, his sincere character, and "playing fair," despite a wealth of nonsense my ex-wife was doing at the time, during our case proceedings (false accusations/police reports, etc.). Regardless of any circumstances, "Divorce" itself is hard enough as it is... If you're going through this difficult time, just do yourself a favor and make the solid/simple/easy choice to hire Ted... I can promise that you won't regret it!!!

Mr. Rechel is a phenomenal family law/divorce attorney. He is brilliant, strategic, experienced, decisive, thorough, and extremely professional. The same goes for his entire team, as well. If I had found Mr. Rechel sooner in my divorce/custody journey, I would have saved myself considerable money, time, and heartache. I have been working with Jennifer Todd and her Paralegal Julie for well over a year now in a very drawn out custody battle with my ex husband. Although the case is still open, I can say with confidence, that both Jennifer and Julie have done a spectacular job. They are professional, courteous, and ensure to provide an unbiased view of the law to their clients. They will ensure to educate on the process as you go as well as set realistic expectations, unlike some attorneys who feed their clients lines of fluff. Jennifer has also been great at keeping costs as low as possible and the office has been great at working out payment arrangements. I hired Rachel and associates law firm in a certain emergency situation, at the moment Tedd was on vacation, it did not stop him to act fast and on point while spending time with his family, he immediately knew exactly what to do in the most professional and affective way, throughout the process there were constant communication regarding any of my needs, from him personally and from the whole office staff, fast forwarding the whole case that from what I red before could have taken a long time was resolved in the matter of weeks with my most desired outcome.
