You cannot go wrong by contacting Sami Thalji. I had a debt collector calling me and harassing me with threats of imprisonment for a debt that I knew nothing about! Sami answered my question on this forum and handled my case professionally and with ease securing me the max in statutory damages! I could not be happier with the service and attention that was provided to me. I ALWAYS got a response from Mr. Thalji himself whenever I inquired on my case. He is the BEST.

Mr. Thalji's firm represented me in a foreclosure defense matter and at some point during the case identified a possible claim against the bank for calling my cell phone. I didn't understand what was happening but Mr. Thalji took the time to explain it to me and then filed a lawsuit against the bank for the cell phone calls. The case turned out to be very big and as a result my entire mortgage was waived. I went from the verge of losing my home to owning my home free and clear and all because Mr. Thalji identified a claim that was right under my nose but didn't even tell him about. Mr. Thalji and his firm were excellent.

During the time they have "handled" our foreclosure, we have been through 4 legal assistants. No one returns your call and emails are sometimes answered and sometimes not. When a switch has been made to a new person, no one advises you that the person has left the firm - after several emails and phone messages, only then do you find out that you have a new contact. Our original hearing we were told not to attend but we showed up anyway to find that no one from the firm was there. Another attorney from a completely different firm showed up and knew nothing of our case. Maybe others have had a better experience but it hasn't worked out for us. We hired another attorney.

They took my money, missed my court date, withdrew from my case the sent me a bill for more money. They did nothing but take my money. He may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Very happy with this law firm. They have been defending me in my foreclosure matter for three years now. Today was my trial and three attorneys from this firm were there to represent. me. The judge ordered a continuance but they had some great arguments and ready to fight. Their fees are super reasonable and I am happy with how they are defending my case. You can pay someone a lot more money but you probably won't get better representation. I paid $500 up front and then pay a small monthly fee. I highly recommend Sami Thalji and his law firm.

I have used Sami on several occasions (for some real-estate issues) and have recommended him to friends (for a range of different legally-related problems). Sami is exceedingly competent and professional. More importantly, however, Sami is very responsive and customer-service oriented. In a day and age when most attorneys treat clients more like a number than a name, Sami stands out. He never failed to return my calls and respond to inquiries, even on nights and weekends. Great lawyer. I was injured in an auto accident and my insurance company offered me $1500 b/c the at fault had no insurance. I hired Sami and he ended up settling my case for $135,000. I only had $5,000 in medical bills so I walked away with nearly $100,000. His firm was really good.
