I was in a fender bender car accident last year and I received a herniated disc as a result. I was referred to this Law Firm by my chiropractor that I consulted about my injury. The case was a long one, I was planning on moving to another state prior to the accident and everyone at Brooks and Brooks was very accommodating. Brittany was my paralegal and she was extremely helpful at keeping me updated on my case and making sure I received the care I needed. I was informed every step of the way. Vera is just as amazing and I am so thankful to both of them. I highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone who needs a reliable team on your side who will make sure you are taken care of. Being in an accident can be a life changing event. Getting the right help can be very difficult to determine and knowing whom to trust is not an easy task. I did my due diligence and I found Vera and the Brooks Law Team. They helped me through the process with dependable advice and true, honest care for my well being. Vera was extremely patient, professional and she knows how to thoroughly expain the complications of a lawsuit as you go through it. The big plus of dealing with a firm like Brooks and Brooks is that I always had access and support from Vera directly and as needed. I was not forced to deal with a novice lawyer, which is common when working with a large firm. This gave me great confidence in our negotiations and ultimately, trust in our final settlement terms. Don't let em fool ya...Big Firms are not better or stronger. Insurance companies are not intimidated by the size of anything! In the end, its up to you! Thankfully, after 2.5 years of fun, Vera and her team were able to guide me through to a reasonable, fair settlement. Ultimately, its up to the client to decide on terms that make sense.
