After calling and make consultation withe her she offerd me her plan wich was good for me then we scheduled next day meeting for the paper work and payment. I work 2 full time jobs so i didnt sleep for more that 24 to meet her i went there she had different amount for her serivces that she forgot to explain on the phone call which is more 2000 USD so i didnt hire her i paid 150 for consultation that supposed to be free so no 35 consultation fee its 150 .

I was referred to Miss Gardiner by a friend. I was going through a rough marriage to my ex husband that filed for my i485. I could not take the abuse so I filed for a divorce. My application was denied and I was facing deportation. I called many lawyers that would not take my case. When I called miss Gardiner she did not turn me away. I was desperate looking for help when I found Mrs. Grace. Let me give you an idea of what was happening to my life. I had a work visa that was on the process on being renew when I switched to another company. i just wanted to inform others before waisting your time with this woman, with my exprience she seemed great at first till i was charge 6,000 and then it went up to 10,000 plus she was going to make me pay her plane tickets , hotel ect, plus, and as i total out over 2800 in payments to her a year had pasted by and my husbands case sat collecting dust and they said they forgot bout it even thou i was calling every month talking to the ladys sending my money and on whos case it was for, this office slacks on answering calls,returning calls, they sent a friend of mine to mexico without having everything needed now stuck cause she will not make effort into getting the documents she was suppose to get for him four years ago which had no reason not to have gotten it while she was payed to get them all and is now asking for more money to pay her again over what she already got payed to do long ago, this woman is not here for clients needs she only cares for money and once u give her the money she takes years to do anything and slacks at doing her job. this woman has been a very bad problem using with me an my family i am glad i got out from her before it was really to late cause she had my husband sitting on being deported for doing a 1-130 after she knew i was cutting him off her case she only submitted so she didnt have to return my money back to me, for future reference on who is reading this other immigration attonerys are cheaper and care bout client instead of themselves this woman is taking more money than any other person is set out to charge she is a pickpocket and will take u for everything u work hard for and when ur family is stuck outside the states she doesnt care cause she already has her money by that time,please before anyone else goes through what we have been going through search everyone u choose before setting out to hire anyone cause u r loosing ur own family its not theirs so they can care less. thanks and god bless anyone else who has to go through this..
