While my situation was pretty cut and dry, Anthony answered all of my inexperienced questions with detail in a way that I could understand. He was responsive to my numerous requests to complete changes in my case. He really understood the brevity of completing certain actions in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing a family lawyer. He knows how to get the job done with the results you expect, while making sure everyone is treated equally by the law.

So after a long process I have to issue a major thank you to Anthony Franco. I had to go through the courts to get rights, proper influence and child support issues addressed as it relates to my oldest son. That process finally came to its conclusion on yesterday and Anthony saw me through it like a champion. Even with some of the unnecessary challenges that presented themselves, he was always thorough, in communication, reasonable and fair. i recommend that any men or women that could use these types of services, CONTACT HIM ASAP. He is the real deal.

Anthony did an awesome job successfully convincing Hillsborough County court to rule 50-50 Legal and physical custody For me and my two-year-old son! This was a big win as I am in unwed father, and the mother is a very good mother re: education, career, responsibility. He ultimately used her vindictive, shortsighted behavior to swing the pendulum in my favor. Far in my favor. I have to pay $100/month to mom for health insurance, and $20/month to mom toward $14K in Back child support (b/c she only allowed me 10 visits in 2019). Total, $124/month to mom. 182.5 days/yr for dad, and 182.5 days/yr for mom. There were A lot of twists and turns throughout the six months leading up to trial and he still managed to Execute At an Impressively high level. A different attorney handled my case from mid 2018 up to mid 2019. Anthony came on board late in the game. I passed Him the baton as an anchor runner On a team currently in last place, in a relay race currently on it’s last lap. He pulled ahead to win. It wasn’t even close in the end. His strategy was super innovative! It was crazy innovative. And he is a really quick thinker at trial. Because I was not married to the mother, when the relationship dissolved, she pretty much completely cut timesharing off and would not allow me to attend any daycare functions or doctors appointments. The state gives women the right to do this to Fathers unchecked Until a court Rules otherwise. I admit that he worried the hell out of me when he didn’t return my calls or written communications for extremely long stretches of time. I got concerned that he lost interest in my case and was not going to see it through even though I paid the whole price that he asked for. I think he focuses on whatever is in front of him like a laser beam and blocks out everything else. Then he reappeared...Like a phoenix rising from the ash...surrounded with fire and fury. Guns blazing! He Definitely surprised me with how well he had dug into The case. He had developed a strategy for Me to follow during the months leading up to the custody/timesharing trial. It was a very different than the one I had been implementing before hiring him. When it is Time for him to focus on your case he focuses on it like a laser beam and blocks out everything else. He becomes super accessible And super engaged. One thing I learned is that his decision to respond to my inquiries was often based on how serious of a situation I was calling or texting about. As a parent in a fight with the other parent, sometimes one might think certain situations require engaging the attorney when really there is a little benefit to doing so. It was these times that he would not respond to me. Whenever it was critical, he would always reply LOL. So if he doesn’t call you back, assume that the matter is not critical to the outcome you want in your case. I commend him for being able to coach me out of The mindset that would have definitely worked against me at trial, and into one that helped me achieve the desired outcome. He literally gave me a prescription to follow To best position myself for 50-50. I followed it. I got 50-50. Job well done!!! Highly recommended for fathers rights! Especially unwed fathers, as it is infamously hard for us To get 50-50 in court.
