NOOO COMMUNICATION !! WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS ! Works with other attorneys against you to get you the minimum! I have had the pleasure (not) of working with this attorney, well my fiancé hired Anthony Franco to relieve some stress from his child custody case but was quite the opposite , Franco was not punctual, never informed us about the case and how it was proceeding , did not answer phone calls or emails . I had to pretend to be a new client for him to return my call . For 8 months , fighting the case , he got my fiancé nothing ! No temporary time sharing , nothing , not even a foot in the door , we were going to go to trial with nothing before we got rid of him an hired a new attorney! Plus we actually never fired him he requested to withdraw because we found out he was working with the other parties attorney after requesting him to be more aggressive with the case . DO NOT HIRE ANTHONY FRANCO IF U WANT TO SEE YOUR KIDS !

So very thankful for his services and expertise!! What I thought would take months if not a whole year ended up taking less than two months!!! He came highly recommended and I see why.

Mr. Franco went out of his way to help me get all of my divorce paperwork filed and ready to go. He explained the process and actually went over things with me that I didn't even consider, when I was filling out all of my documents!
